Paint the kitchen and dining room and if you're going to keep the open cabinet look, I'm afraid you're probably going to have to pull the cabinets down to paint the wall and then put them back up.

Depreciation factors might include the location of the home, the age of features such as roof, the outdated design, the lack of more than one bathroom, the existence of a small family room, small living room and small dining room rather than the currently preferred one large great room, etc.They should order a new appraisal, a true FMV appraisal based on depreciated replacement cost and comparable sales.Does that help out, or am I still missing something?
