We plan to meet at least once a month and bring you variety of speakers to help you invest wisely.

The whole website was constructed to stop the cheesy back of the room sales pitches and $50,000 seminars.I think its more of a local get together where we can put faces with names, network, have guest speakers and talk about all things real estate.

I think Robert Kiyosaki is more of a motivational speaker than anything else.

I have been the keynote speaker at all three probate legal groups in your backyard, however.

Maybe in the future as the group grows we will look at bringing in guest speakers, but for now it is just an informal round table discussion amongst like minded real estate investors about whatever topics you want to get into.We get a good variety of investors from newbies to experienced, and people involved with different investing styles, techniques and professions.It's been great conversation so far, and it's nice to feel like you are not being pitched some service, product or boot camp seminar.Hope you can make it out.Aaorn

Hi, I signed up for a seminar in Ontario, CA with speaker Than Merrill.

I went to an investor meeting last night and got to meet some of the BP members and successful producers in person....Wendell De Guzman was the guest speaker, and for FREE he shared his incredible wisdom, tips, tools & advice for success in Wholesaling.  

The speakers really know how to sell you on something, but that's not necessarily a bad thing as long as you have the intelligence and awareness to determine whether or not it's something you need.  

@Sean O'toole, the owner, is a regular speaker at our local clubs and I recommend you go and listen to his presentation.
