From one newbie to another, all I can say is that during the 2008 housing crisis everyone was dangerously optimistic about the future of their investments.

Disclaimer…I’m not in that market.But I think with the cost of a Disney vacation being equivalent to a trip to Hawaii now, and Disney themselves going through somewhat of an identity crisis as a company, I do feel as though many are taking a pause on Disney.

Our inventory crisis isn't going to get any better anytime soon.

Do you have any suggestions which cities to look into, during this crisis?

I bought it July 2022. so we became landlords after having to sell our much loved home due to a big family crisis.

We are in the financial crisis.  

Police let him go but they followed up with crisis services to visit to make sure he didn’t harm himself.

That said through the entire COVID crisis rent has flowed perfectly from those properties. 

Some things are never learned - this pushes us further to another economic crisis
