They have a cloud based system so I can oversee all details/transactions from anywhere. 

An Excel workbook with tabs for specific areas of the project saved to the cloud allows me to track expenses. 

Hi to all of those that are still contributing to this thread (and did).Reading these 4 pages of opinions has been really enlightening for someone like myself who is considering the benefits of a traditional brokerage vs a cloud-based one like exp.

Attorneys who tell you not to do an LLC are of the ambulance chaser or public defender level of quality!!! 

Never lose sight of that and don't let the money cloud your better judgment.

Isiah Ferguson My original point (now murky and clouded) was that if you are changing the filters at the same time as doing your inspection it can smooth out (or take away) any "gotcha" thoughts that make go through a tenants mind when they hear "inspection".

The upfront cost isn't cheap but the nice thing is there's no monthly fee unless you want the footage uploaded to the cloud, which I don't need.
