Hi guys, is there a post where someone actually posted their visual aides for guests? 

That covers all of it pretty well :)I suppose an enterprising individual that really wanted to research it might be able to come close on their own - after all, property records are public record - but that requires they do the work.

@Belle PongkietisakI am unsure of what you do for a living or your skill set, but you can try Fiverr and do freelance work or find a part time work from home job.If you're looking to house hack, there are down payment assistance programs that can aid you as well.

Whoever said that it was basic has never built a web site without the aid of a professional.

This was not a legal aid case, the tenants had jobs and would have had to pay the attorney if they lost, plus his legal fees.

That being aid I’ve never made a claim with either company so I have no idea how good they would be in practice.

Otherwise, new entrepreneurs will have to become “boots on the ground” or “real estate gophers” for bigger enterprises to get substantial knowledge to build intellectual capital to secure more equity or profit(s) in the same deal.

I have had to make the pivot to long term a few times and while it is not ideal, if it puts a band aid on the loss it can be worth it.
