@Gurjot Grewal I don't know about upfront, might not be good but I did do a survey with about 8 questions for 2 different PMs for some apartments after each of them was managing for a while.   

I'm going to use survey monkey to poll my list to see what their needs are these days since it's been six months since I've done this.
