And no monthly payment would be required, unless you take a margin loan.HI Wilson,A few points on the above mentions:- if you just buy a house instead of the insurance contract and borrow from the house you need credit/income/assets and even if you could get a stated income loan your terms and rate will be higher while compared to an insurance contract your loan requires no credit check, no guidelines, you will get the loan 100% within 3-14 days depending if you rush the electronic transfer or not and insurance contract/financial asset loans do not show up on your credit report and do not count against you (is private).
