Lenders will generally do a global cash flow back to the individual sponsors.

Water is a commodity that is taken for granted and is a scarce resource that is inelastic, so it will be interesting to see how the water industries change as global populations grow and fresh water becomes even more scarce.

However, everyone needs to look at the bigger picture, the US economy and the global economy.

And for the Las Vegas locals....global economics could not give 2 cents about the Raiders coming to Las Vegas. 

Cleveland is home to one of the best symphony orchestras in the world, we have a wonderful theater district, great museums and a vibrant local visual art culture.  

There have been the "end of the world" preachers since the beginning of time, but in this case, I just can't ignore what may very likely happen as a result of what is going on in the fed reserve, banking system, and global economy.
