A 250 soft will be plenty for a studio and can go for $1500ish a month.

I decided to sell it bc I fixed it up too nice for it to be a rental and kept hearing the rental market was soft and to tell the truth I did not want to get stuck with a covid excuse of renters not paying their rent (I heard nightmare stories).
