There are plenty of internet sites out there that have postcards for real estate agents, but has anybody found one that has postcards for investors?

This will be my 3rd post card I’m sending this month to the same 100 people.  

Sent out post cards, nothing.There is one or two deals that pop up from time to time, but it opens the flood gates and were still seeing very competitive buyers still.

I personally would set flyers then move to next town, set flyers, next town ECT.then get postcards, do it again post it's, do it again ECT.make sure it's done systematically so you know this street done both sides, this street both sides just keep the ppl moving.....

It's something that I will do on a weekly basis, and feel it's defiantly not where the crowd of other wholesalers and investors are, because everyone else is sending letters or post cards.

I am about to start making some cold calls to FSBO's that I see but I've never mailed a yellow letter or postcard yet.

Bandit signs are essentially little to no cost, postcards are inexpensive, a sing for your call will be very cheap, setting up a website is also inexpensive.

When your postcard/letter arrives, it’s never looked better.
