There are many tiny home builders but I don't thing they're doing what Boxabl is doing, so yes boxabl will see more competition most likely because their model overcomes shipping problems and onsite construction.

Most people don't invest in real estate because they can't overcome the fear of jumping in and just doing it.

If this is your destiny and passion, commit to overcome all obstacles.

If I can't overcome fear, then I can't get started on the rest of the work that comes with real estate investing.
