I am also a newbie located in Saratoga Springs, NY and struggling to convince my partner to take action in the area because the real estate scene is dominated by a few big fish who scoop up most deals before they’re listed anywhere.

I am looking to upgrade my profile subscription but would like to have any input from the BiggerPockets community as to which may suit my needs best, being that I am new to the REI scene.

I feel like I'm coming onto the scene too late for this to be profitable, yet the indicators that I usually use are telling me this is a good deal.Thanks!

Hello College student here very new to the real estate scene it is noted that cerner has promised 2 million to the neighboorhood, and 6 million to the development after it is complete.

A great company showed up on the scene (before I did in fact), and was able to board up the house to protect it.

I am a real estate investor first, and a real estate broker second.Now, my wife and I are getting the itch to change scenes again - we are looking at SoCal, Phoenix or somewhere in Texas.

I assume you came into the deal with nothing in the way of experience to offer so it makes scenes you get a lower cut till you prove yourself.

And maybe that extra money is more than enough to cover the super deep cleaning cost.The bar down in San Diego where the "singing to her scene" from Top Gun was filmed has crap all over the walls attesting to that, and the drinks are more expensive.
