It also creates significant risk of disqualifying your IRA if the IRS disagrees with your interpretation.  

@Steve Morris Dear steve, I'm not sure how to interpret your message, but I am looking for somebody who simply does not have time to look for and analyze deals and would not mind paying a finders fee for someone that does the work for them.How I would find these deals? 

Also I think you have to be more specific because people have different interpretations of “group home”.

I just did a quick search on Orlando's short term rental ordinance and if I'm interpreting it correctly, you might have some problems.

So we set up a meeting with the agent and broker and they completely backtracked and said they do not do this type of thing, picked apart the wording,  and the broker said that we are interpreting things differently than they do, and they had no interest in buying it, while the agent was looking at the floor and did not say anything. 

This is kind of up to interpretation but a historic tax credit consultant will be able to help with that.

One thing to watch out for here is prepayment penalty options - Pennsylvania is the state with the most vague/unclear rules on prepayment penalties that different lenders interpret differently, some may be able to offer standard prepayment penalties (i.e. 5/4/3/2/1) on a loan like this but some may not be able to charge a prepay, resulting in a much much higher rate.

If you interpret this data property especially in YoY,YtD and Down from peak season : There's this story about 4 cities: San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Jose and San Diego.And you would find that, from historical perspective from the peak compare to other three cities, acceleration velocity is the best in San Diego.Why ?

This way there is no question what the penaly is and there is no room for interpretation.
