My guess is that its a lot less than a break-even for the bank and that they will have to discount substantially more to move this thing once it has an REO label on it but you cannot discuss logic with a bureaucrat.

You also need enough individual "personal products" storage areas in kitchen and baths...just identifiable shelves, drawers, or cabinets that you can label A,B,C,D, with each room (also labeled A,B,C,D) responsible for their specific storage spaces.

For example - a tenant put a pan on the stove to cook some chicken with a bunch of oil in the pan, realized they forgot an ingredient and went to the store with the heat still on and the oiled up pan on the stove which caught fire and burned down the property.

The costs for upkeep will increase every year.Are you aware of the changes in manufactured home laws that began June 15, 1976 that require all homes to be designed and constructed to the Federal Manufactured Construction and Safety Standards and is so labeled?
