I have a stairwell that is noisy for one of my units so I will definitely go with some outdoor carpeting to start out and try to dampen that noise. 

And usually, they'll do it in a place like a forest or great outdoor area.

One of the biggest things I would do is sign outdoors, weather permitting (might be difficult if it's raining, with paper documents and all).

Most people upgrade older homes with gfi plugs in the bath and kitchen and outdoors.

(if the cabinets are in good condition you might be able to get away with changing out doors, etc.) 

I love the outdoors and this is the first thing i think about.

They had buried lines and connected them to outdoor faucet and a 220 electrical box inside another property of mine adjacent to that property?

So, I have decided to list it for sale for about 3.5x what I paid for it 20 years ago, and I will roll that money into a different opportunity, that will most likely produce 2x the rent roll.I had traded up in NYC over the years, and finally bought the big condo with statue of Liberty views, outdoor spaces, deeded parking, etc., and honestly I now regret it. 

Spacious Bedrooms, bright den/office, large utility room, ductless heat & AC, tankless H2O heater, covered outdoor living area, huge patio & fully landscaped yard.

That said, my units with no outdoor watering average about 35 gallons per person per day.
