As an entrepreneur I think it’s always important to truly understand the philosophy of a business or group to make sure they are thinking with time in mind and are operating with the winds of time at their back.As a real estate investor myself, I do firmly believe that going forward liquidity of a unit is going to be a more important factor in its value and attractiveness than it already is today.

Great as so many couples do but often shouldn't especially if one or both are entrepreneurs. 

The real estate entrepreneur is someone whom must posses a great deal of knowledge and expertise to reasonably asses what their projects are likely to return, in the real world.

I am an accountant / bookkeeper in Sacramento and have always been an entrepreneur at heart.
