Some people pay $10,000 a month or more to rent.In Houston for example you have a lot of big companies....some senior people come in for a 3 year rotation....they may have a nice home in UK, or Argentina, or Canada and if they're only there for 3 years, still want to live in a nice place, but don't want to buy and sell.....Therefore they pay the higher rent.Some people rent while they are building.Some people rent while they are in medical school...or starting their practice....or if their medical treatment will take a year or two or longer, may rent a house to stay in vs hotel.

The cost of filtering sewage is higher than producing drinkable water and you are adding more water to a treatment plant process than you are paying for.Yes, sewage backing up into your house and poisonous gases are now serious threat.Just my 2 cents

Additionally, there are other reasons to create multiple companies, the nature of the business of each may be different leading to different tax treatments, or if you do 1031 Exchange through an entity, that entity can't be the one that you flip houses in (I learned this from Bill Horan of the Realty Exchange Corporation).From an accounting standpoint, this is a bookkeeping nightmare.

@Paul Sandhu some pallets have insect treatment that release toxic chemicals when burned and they are stamped MB, so I wouldn't stand too close to the fire if they are burning that type of pallet.
