It is almost equivalent to owning the land (almost).You acknowledged the OP's right to the driveway in your post, but then seem to take it away. 

If possible you might have the tenant sign a letter saying they acknowledge you own the appliances and the lease terms.

The market is simply correcting itself.There are so many investment dollars looking for commercial properties, the market is continuing at it's pace, for the most part with little or no acknowledgement of the residential real estate ‘bubble’.

At this point it needs to be acknowledged that buying right now at current prices and current rates is a fools endeavor.

When we finally got a check it was for less than a half of acknowledged damage.

No extension or acknowledgement that they will pay the missed months rent.
