One of my investor friend who owns 1000 properties ,during last Christmas break decided to find out properties which are not performing well.

I think the arbitrary/unicorn goals are more a problem coming from BP where the "everyone gets a trophy" mindset is perpetrated through the strategy that as long as you want it enough, you can get it.

I just bought it as an Christmas gift for Dad from Ebay but alas, it didn't come with the board...kind of integral.

I need good, solid advice how I can make my way towards achieving my dreams.The situation: My wife lost her job shortly after Christmas and has had trouble finding something else. 

Shelves, sinks and counters full of clutter communicate to the viewer that the home lacks storage space.Remove personal items too - trophies, family portraits, kids artwork on the fridge, etc.
