@Chad Lanting etc. learned a few days ago that my property is actually unincorporated so I need to go through San Bernardino County which the Yucca Ey admin called “stricter”.

@Chad Urbshott  Can you please explain the Safe Harbor statute .Do I owe only 12 months of past dues in FL when I buy in the auction?

Hi Chad:  You should be aware that a budget of $37,500.00 for a full gut rehab including all wiring plumbing and systems is completely unrealistic.
