We had the guys re-float all the walls and spray new texture and it looks great but I've also heard of guys painting directly over paneling.Anyone done this with success?

Hello, we are doing a couple high end homes and would like to know your thoughts on ceiling textures.

I was thinking maybe adding some texture. 

If it's just "paneling", chepa material with a finish over it, you can just primer it, fill in the "gaps" and then texture and paint it.

Carpet, like anything else comes in a variety of styles, colors and textures that determine price.

I've been looking for help on a rehab property that had a strange texture. found it there!

It gave me time (and clarity) to sell for the most money, sometimes enhance value.

If you take some of that money and invest in a degree ($50K at a state school, including room and board) or a technical certificate (some are only a few thousand and take less than a year), you're earning potential will be significantly enhanced.

Oh, and be sure to get a profile picture up, it enhances your credibility on the forums.
