Perhaps because I've been a lender, I'm more sensitive to the issue, but if I ever found out someone made a "strategic default," I'd never loan him a nickel.Like I said, it's called a "promise" and "promissory note" for a reason.

There are also some that use Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) disks, pretty much a sanding "sticky", but I've never used one before except for my detail sander (a whole other topic).You should also hook up the sander to a vacuum to collect the dust.
