Although like anything its a job you need to have daily relevant content so I am sure they put in hours producing each videoIN the meantime I will just look at the raw data as provided from public records in my areas .. !! 

@Kimberly McCall  Couple of points - looking at just the raw numbers, I personally don't think it's a great deal.

In my area, new construction homes are very expensive and out of reach of most first time investors, secondly, the market is on the verge of turning in many areas and the house might lose value before its even finished being built, raw land often has to be bought with cash only, and construction loans are very expensive. 

If you can't list the house, partner with an agent until you can, so you can sell those leads to your partner.Your leads are a rare and valuable raw commodity.  

My finger tips are getting raw.

I do a look of work in Skagit County and your idea seems plausible, but there many costs associated with developing raw land.

Hey Michael pretty crazy but I just got a list in excel format so I am trying to scrub to send out to you (Yellow letters) for my mailings so it's a pretty raw list straight from the assessors office.

I totally get your point about raw ROI numbers but there's also an emotional aspect to investing.
