This has been about the only hiccup in the renovation process thus far.

Hi Keith -Unfortunately, I'm unfamiliar with that specific geography -- I'm a sales agent that works alongside NAI Heritage in Ocala, Florida.However, I do recommend you try reaching out to one of our Affiliate partners: NAI Meridian.

In a JV my holding company is investing right alongside another investor or group of investors and in that scenario you have no choice to but acquire the property under a separate LLC that's going to hold the title for the property.  

These folks should spend time finding a money partner then doing the deals together to gain experience and have some financial wherewithal to fall back on if there is a hiccup.

I was in a similar boat, I had gotten a pre-qual from my lender in January, ran into some hiccups with my timeline of buying a home and not finding one, had to reapply in April with the same lender and had no issues, just provide an explanation for the inquiries I had in January.My other advice is to prepare for the new inquiry. 

You might get 20% but don’t budget 10% 😬Oh yeah, and the last 12 months (in a great economy) are going to look a lot difference if there’s any kind of “hiccup”.
