I wouldn't even do a ball park estimate because you can tell them a price that is too high and get there hopes up and then they can be disappointed.

Congress addressed forgiven income in the Cares Act but not deductibility.Many tax pros have been wary of this for weeks and the IRS dropped the hammer yesterday.However, already saw Sen Grassley saying that this was not the intent and he was disappointed with the IRS.

It's the logistics that gets me hung up simply bc it seems like 10 people are involved and so if I pull out, am I disappointing 10 people and wasting people's time?

With the gold extraction method combined with the 0% interest rates on these cards, I avoid the 12%.My only disappointment was not being informed that there was a 2 week delay from the date you fund a gold purchase with a credit card, to the day they will wire you the sale proceeds, so if you plan on using these funds for earnest money or option deposit, or any need for "quick cash", you have to plan ahead a couple weeks.Regarding Jay's comments on fico scores, Fund and Grow has helped me to substantially increase my score, which is one reason they were able to raise so much more credit than I could on my own.

i have been listening to him also, and at the end of his free course he offers 10 more ways to advertise, create a lead list, etc....Kinda disappointed... because I felt the whole free course was just a climax to the sales pitch.
