I am on top of cleaning up all shrubs ,grass,weed overgrowth but my other neighbors are not and their overgrowth overflows into mine because the neighboring homes are less than 3ft awayand I don't have the capacity to clean up their mess and the lady as well as the muncipality convenienyly keep targetting my property for my neighbors mess and to be honest it's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but unfortunately I am facing the brunt because of that miserable neighbor who instead of dealing with her own crisis is trying hard to be punitive on her neighbors, how should I best address this issue?

That's above my pay grade so I won't argue that.Either way, BUYING IS HARDER NOW...due to high rates, but I assure people want to buy so we have pent up demand.We as real estate investors know that recession don't always equal housing crisis's or falling prices.

I think given the housing crisis of today and the need for housing I would say that income, credit checks and criminal background checks and sex offender background checks are fair games for determining an applicant for housing. if landlords start to want to play employer and start screening social media posts as part of an applicant’s acceptance for housing, then it’s only exasperating the homeless crisis.

If the Covid-19 crisis resembles the 2007 Great Recession, what you will see coming is more demand for affordable housing coupled with more moms and pops wanting to sell because they're freaked out or want to spend the rest of their life doing something besides running the mobile home park they built.
