Puerto Vallarta is obviously a typical great short-term rental market and it distinguishes itself from many other short-term rental destinations by having a strong long-term renal market as well.

I’ve chosen the Fingerlakes because it’s a tourist destination in Upstate NY.

@Robert-Lee PassPueblo West is super popular, especially with out-of-state retirees looking for a more affordable western destination.

Both of them rent very well short term and at the beach everywhere there are short term rentals and always have been so there is not really areas that 'restrict' them or much talk about it since so much of the Outer Banks was built as a short term rental destination. 

We originally wanted to do Ojai but figured the kids would enjoy MB better, and Ojai can be our travel destination that's drivable. 

I believe the area will explode and be up there with tourest numbers comparative to Destin and PCB.
