Good stuff here already but yeah, rule of thumb "if it seems too good to be true / terms and rates much better than competitors" its likely a scam. 

My current competitor is the guy next door with a similar building which is already built out fully (Texas children' outpatient office used to be here for a decade).

They try to stay competitive by limiting information that may be leaked to their competitors.

I believe Airbnb is a bit more popular in California and most of our Airbnb bookings are west coast guests.We typically look at the calendars of our competitors on the site to get a feel for what their rates and occupancy are when determining whether to invest in a new property. 

There are big volume competitors in one of my farms that had the same postcard for 20 years.  

SmartZip is a competitor of theirs.

The seller also appears to be gaining unfair competitive advantage through cheating while many of its competitors earn recognition through hard work and serving the community.I tried to warn others and posted online a screenshot of a consumer alert a website issued against the seller.

Also loan depot will match any competitor if you send it to them on paper and I personally really like my loan officer there.
