@Bilal Badar I feel like one of the things I keep hearing is how MLS access is so great as an investor and if these sites match the MLS what exactly is the *added* benefit of the MLS when browsing for deals? 

Usually this fixes most browsing problems.

Real estate FOMO is very real and I get that, but browsing this forum shows that there are deals to be had all.the.time. in all markets, and all market cycles.So if you're comfortable with the risk that comes with having the debt, I say go for it.

If you are browsing properties on the MLS then open houses are a good way to view property without agent representation.
