People with kids who choose to live in major cities either seek out the handful of good public schools, enroll their kids in private or parochial schools, or homeschool.

Jason Callahan , if you are an accredited investor there might be more passive income invest opportunities which you can tap into.My advice would be to diversify and only begin to invest with an amount you can afford to loose, say $100k

I know crowdfunding sites offer some deals like this but to sign up, you have to fill out some information including your accreditation status.  

To me, apartments are the stepping stone AFTER turnkeys, but you have enough equity to jump right into apartments.Or maybe you could consider investing in some syndications, since you're accredited.
