Do 40-50 projects a year and you'll have enough volume to go to a supply house and negotiate.The issue as you've observed is that going to Restore or other such salvage operations is that it's unpredictable.

It's a matter of acting prudently in getting into any business relationship with someone.I knew I wouldn't get away at making an observation without more explanation :)Need to look at the big picture, does any party have an unfair advantage, did one party take advantage of the other, did the lender do any due diligence that could reasonably be required by any lender, there are many aspects to determine if there is any predatory practice.
