I figured I could fish around and see what their plans are, etc. but in my experience with cold calling you have a few seconds before the person decides to hang up or hear your pitch, with this in mind, does anyone have any sort of sly method of getting the information they need and keeping the person on the phone?

Hi @Jerry Shen - Welcome,As always on BP - you are getting some fantastic advice from posters (as well as a few fishing attempts- to be expected)Another option to consider is crowdfunding via a few of the top tier portals-  providing an easier way to diversify by  type (debt or equity), sector (MF, SFH, Apartments, retail, office, ground up developments etc),  amount and geographic location.

I understand theres bigger fish to fry in the real estate game but I want to be proactive.
