@Cheryl Crockett  If a lawyer's opinion contradicts the actual state law, that lawyer is giving you bad advice and his opinion is worthless.MA state law is crystal clear. 

So, you got a crystal ball to predict rising values? 

As far as the houses themselves, you know what you are looking for and if you are crystal clear on what you expect, then the team you are working with should deliver properties to you that meet your criteria.

Reed has a book called "Succeeding" which is worth the cost and the time invested if you want to get a crystal clear vision on success.

But I'll throw out my crystal ball reading.I predict forclosures will enter the market at pretty much the same rate they are right now over the next two to three years.

I am unclear on a few things and as such, want to get crystal before providing more responses.

As I said at the beginning of my post, there was a bunch of bad information (much of it blatantly incorrect) in the previous several posts, and I commented on parts of several posts.I have now gone back and looked at the parts that were attributable to you and it is crystal clear that you don't understand operating expenses.
