Christmas has been brutal for listing this type of property but we did it to snag the good deal on the next one!

As to the plan of what we are looking for and to accomplish:Come visit the Knoxville REI Club I keep hearings so much about on December 15th for the Christmas party.

We closed on the property in September, and had two new furnaces by Christmas- both started having issues, and the tech found holes and cracks and CO leaks. 

I will be pleasantly surprised if he pays this week.I don't want him to stay or go through the 7 day notice, etc.His lease ends Decmeber 23rd (right before Christmas, I know) can I give him a 30 day notice if he hasn't paid by the 5th and be done?

Consider it my early Christmas gift...LOL.

Partnerships with family can result in strained Christmas dinners.

And he has to actually save you thousands, not potentially.I swear I have Christmas spirit!

I can remember first opening my first business and working for an entire year EVERY SINGLE DAY except Christmas, and New Years.
