Hi @Michelle Threatt - Excel has a lot of features such as "Text To Columns" - I would investigate first to avoid to much unnecessary work.

However, a credit report does not meet the definition of a financial statement in accounting terms, and doing something this industry-non-standard plus unnecessary is not "reasonable".

@Jan Willinger It's totally unnecessary to send a monetary bonus, but a "thank you" is always appreciated.  

One thing I have learned is that slicking ceilings is an unnecessary expense unless you are flipping high end homes and it is expected.

No need in causing unnecessary tension by renting to him.If someone in my family had a special circumstance or was in need (like it sounds like yours is) and I have the ability to help them, I certainly would.  

However, this seems somewhat unnecessary given that the properties should already be taking care of themselves.Am I just really out in left field here?
