If I get a good property manager this may work, no solid plans right now just checking the possibilities and looking for solid trust worthy contacts to partner.

I would imagine it’s better to find a place you like and analyze the market to make sure it works for you. like @Twana Rasoul said it's more important to build a great trustworthy team.
