You will hear this a lot as you learn about Multifamily but if you are looking to be a General Partner and syndicate an apartment acquisition you will need a team because this is a team sport.

I'll grant you that Austin is perhaps more well known and talked about, but keep in mind that San Antonio is much, much bigger than Austin and already has several large employers in place, as well as multiple Universities, professional sports teams, medical centers, scientific research facilities, multiple military bases (Randolph AFB, Lackland AFB, Ft Sam, etc) etc.

I like Cleveland with the largest healthcare opportunity here, three large sports teams, and busiest airport in Ohio, and could pivot to a short term rental strategy down the road if MTR didn't work out as much as expected.

Currently, my profession is in the medical field as I am a medical assistant for a well known Sports Medicine Clinic.

Investing is a team sport, so don't wait.

Wear a nice shirt, slacks and sports jacket and find an active probate courtroom.

No one wants to live there, the sports teams are second-rate, the drop-out rates in the schools are over 100% (some come back and drop out TWICE!)

Sports is my passion and I love doing that but i would like to make more money on top of my teaching salary.

My children both attend private schools in Portland and are active in sports, dance, drama, wake boarding, snowboarding, and community service.As the title says, I was a small time investor.
