The median home price in Belmont is $29,300.There is also the Petosky-Otsego neigborhood, and Van Steuben, Fishkorn, Warrendale, etc...These areas are not comparable in any way to the best zip codes in California...As Slim Shady once said,,,There is a Reason They Call it Amityville.Good Luck!

If this was on loopnet.... very slim chance it's a worthwhile deal.

They did not loan money to people that history and credit showed they had a slim to no chance of paying back the loan.

Margins can be slim and are in lots of businesses but if you are killing yourself working like that and not making good money within 9-12 months something is missing.
