If i chopped up utilities and it went from 420 to 500 they are going to be shelling out the same dollars anyway so the threat of them moving has not changed.And another thought, when I bought my first four plex my biggest concerns were collecting the rent ( that is still my number one priority) and not losing a tenant.

Most real estate investors really like talking about their companies and most realize there are no secrets and someone just starting out is not a threat to their existing business.

Also, the online education portals that are being promoted so heavily are nowhere near the disruptive threat that they'd like to be.As much as the public likes to focus on the richest and largest schools and skyrocketing tuition, a majority of people attend a state university or community college close to where they grew up.

I also ran into issues with Paypal where they viewed random transactions as security threats and prevented me from sending any money for a 24-48 hour period.  

I use that threat effectively to keep things in order.

Needless to say, that was the last we ever heard from her about that threat!

They're issuing ultimatums and threats and my agent, Terrance Gannon -- here in Philadelphia -- the least professional person I've ever done business with, ignored my emails and phone calls until I finally complained to his district manager.

Yeah, this is a legitimate threat to USD position as world reserve currency.  

It could also present a problem given today's political nonsense over COVID and the very real threat of virtual school next year.

Even though we have installed what they want on that end, I don't have much confidence that the shutoff threat has completely abated, because there are still open issues.
