I spent this week patching holes punched in doors and cleaning up blood splatters on top of crayon drawings on the walls (heavy-duty domestic violence damage in a unit with young kids), so I’d be psyched if my only issue was some weed smell at this point, just to put your problem in perspective.

too late your best to sell them pull in the cash then take the cash and remove it from circulation ... once they get a judgment they can attach the LLC properties since its obvious you transferred ownership to try to get around the judgment.now it takes some doing to figure that all out.. and it depends on how hard they come after you.BK for your wife on this debt might be the answer since its substantial 120k.
