Bad, Bad blood down the road. 

They are properties circulated to long lists of unsophisticated buyers and if you are the highest offer you’ve likely outbid a bunch of prospective buyers who underestimated their improvement costs or overestimated their ARV while most likely  proceeding without the ability to perform normal transaction diligence.

There are multiple petitions circulating against this. 

One of them was about pop-up drains.When men with thick black beards and hot, pure Mediterranean blood throbbing in their veins shave, they need a lot of hot water to do it well and not cut themselves.

This includes solicitation of donations by or on behalf of charitable organizations;"The grey area comes in the fact you are "promoting a service".The only clear-cut exemptions from the DNCR are:  Canadian registered charities;Political parties, riding associations and candidates;Market research polls and surveys;Newspapers of general circulation for the purpose of soliciting subscriptions;Telemarketing calls from organizations with whom the consumer has an existing business relationship are also exempt (a transaction has been executed within the last 18 months);Telemarketers to whom the consumer has granted their expressed consent (written form, electronic form, or recorded verbal permission). 

One home was so horrific the people lay dead inside the master bedroom for days and the blood seeped through the floor to the living room.

If there is gross negligence involved and proved, there will be blood.

If we're in this game long-term, slow and steady growth with a lower cortisol level will beat explosive growth with high blood pressure levels every time. 

I just don't have the time or blood pressure to support dealing with all those initial calls. 

Wait for blood in the streets, and then open your pocketbook.
