I occupy the 6bed 3 ba, but all I ever needed was 3bed 2ba,so was renting the remaing 3b 1ba in my unit to other roommates, it's more like an I law unit with it's own side entrance so it has been more than comfortable house hacking experience without any privacy issues so far.

The toilet and shower are usually not front and center as soon as you walk in the door, this is also for privacy reasons.

I also purchased all the materials to build a new privacy fence around the property ( on credit card ;) .the neighbor ended up buying the property from me before I put up the fence , materials where still included with the deal thought so I got out of having to pay a contractor buy ended up being a contractor ;)
