You can just use one bank account, but use your bookkeeping, which you need to have anyway, to track your funds. 

We are looking for a tax accountant and bookkeeper for a real estate construction company who will also be diving deeper into the commercial world.

I'm looking for the basic, but very responsive and with stellar bookkeeping.
