With strategic upgrades and modernization efforts, these properties can be transformed into sought-after residences, thereby increasing their value and rental potential.LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION – These Condos are often in prime locations in established neighborhoods, providing a sense of authenticity and charm that appeals to both residents and tourists.

This strategy can be lucrative in tourist-heavy or high-demand areas but requires active management.Lease Options:Enter into an agreement where you lease a property with an option to buy it later.

I totally understand and I'm not trying to convince them that they should, especially since certain areas are getting too many tourists and the infrastructure doesn't always follow. 

This area has a lot of short term rentals because we draw a lot of tourist looking to see the mountains, hiking, or biking.
