Wanted to let you know that there is an awesome REI meetup for women called She Invests in Roseville that I help host on the first Thursday of the month.

Two women I dated had  done that, and they were more concerned with enjoying life with what they had and not having to work than they were with growing their money.

Years of factory sweatshops/piece work sewing women's garments, to diamond cutting throughout high school and after.

Here in Tennessee we too have a law that gives tenancy rights after one-night of sleeping over, so long as they have personal belongings with them (clothes, toothbrush, etc.).

I co-host the online women’s group.

I have a women applying with 2 teenagers (under 18) listed on her application who I was about to approve when I noticed something weird.

Work on increasing your W2 income, saving money (don't buy new cars, expensive clothes etc), pay down credit card debt.

If the clothes etc are in poor condition I drop them at another charity that grinds up materials to make insulation.
