Reston is a truly masterfully planned community, with 55 miles of paved pathways, tennis courts and pools in every neighborhood, and several beautiful lakes that make the area very attractive to live in for residents.

Some of my most beautiful houses were bought as condemned houses and I completely upgraded the house.

I always use TurboTax and it works beautifully for me, but should you feel uncomfortable doing it yourself obviously file an extension and look for someone to support you. 

The area is a harbor with a beautiful beach, seals, whales, otters and  lots of tourism and mixed uses.  

You're right, summers are beautiful there and plenty of people travel there for fall as well.
