In Milwaukee, look into networking groups like the Milwaukee Real Estate Investors Association (MKE REIA) lot's of different approaches covered including wholesaling and flips, or if you decide on buy and hold the Rental Property Association (RPA) of WI is great.

Hi everyone, i'm very new to wholesaling, watched a couple videos by Flipping Mastery TV on youtube and after some research, thought i'd do my first few offer calls.I was able to find 2 seller's agents who are interested but they don't want to sign a PSA with me until I have viewed the property in person.

Try to figure out what works in your market and try it out. the success you will get comes from the actual list stacking you prepare before, the more targeted list with multiple 'distress factors' you can increase the chance of them calling you. inbound leads is truly the best way to go in Wholesaling. 

Currently, I live in Hawaii, house hacking my own property, and am looking to expand into out-of-state long-term rentals.My goals now are to master the art of wholesaling, continue raising private money, and build a strong portfolio of long-term rentals.
