This is easy with any modern cell phone.

I personally use and would recommend Empower as noted above, easy to use and has a nice interface on the computer as well as the app on my cell phone.

History tells us that as soon as people get out of their holding period, there will be an hyped marketing campaign and then the coins will flood whichever exchange supports trading of them.

@Nicholas Amante The numbers at purchase are a good baseline but if the detached garage was converted to an ADU, we can expect values and other metrics to change.Without all the facts and circumstances at hand, I won't make an explicit recommendation as to which percentage split to use but, whichever allocation you end up using, I would recommend using it across the board.

@Alexander Rodriguez - $50 is max but it is max of $5 per day or 5% of the amount due whichever is lesser. 

Of course we need a # that just comes to our cell, since we're not buying a separate cell phone for the biz.

Whichever asset class you are looking at, assuming it is a fairly major market, there will be multiple groups (both landlord/tenant reps for leasing and investment sales for buying/selling) that will know the property and the stories behind it.  

Whichever bidder is willing to accept the least amount of interest is awarded the tax lien certificate.
