@Katie Roche - I have never worked with RTR, so I have no opinion or comment on them whatsoever accordingly.However, I find the comments about Harvest, AL made by them to be. . .well, bizarre.60 days to rent in Harvest means that either the property isn't adequately rehabbed and/or not priced accurately.

Not that I got any business from it, but I really liked the young wholesalers (they were good kids that are just trying to do it the right way) that threw it as well as a few of the people that attended.

To get consensus on anything in an association, well with just 4 dead-lock would be the norm.

They've seen the peaks and valleys (08 crash and now post covid crash) and they've done unbelievably well investing there. 

That sounds like something I'd be interested in looking at as well. 

You can just have people rebook if they want.We bought our lake house for use to use on occasion as well.
