However demand is very high, especially for section 8 which also doesn't pay very well because government funding is one of the lowest for Puerto Rico.

Many of them become entitled and create problems, particularly for amateur landlords that don't know how to manage well. 

Overall, Section 8 is a good way to get some pretty reliable income to get the property cash-flowing, provide additional experience, as well as with the required annual inspections, make sure your property stays in a good condition!

Hello everyone, we know this post is a few months old now, however we are interested in the Ocala, FL market as well, primarily looking at LTR SFHs in the Silver Spring Shores, Heath Brook, or Marion Oaks neighborhoods.
