@Scott Trench from another angle, a couple of our borrowers in the retail/warehouse space have had vacancies they’ve been unable to fill.  

Columbus has been booming lately, thanks to big tech companies like Intel, Meta, Amazon, and Google setting up shop here with warehouses and data centers.

Columbus has experienced so much growth for the past few years, partly due to the influx of tech giants like Intel ($20 billion), Meta, Amazon, and Google building warehouses and data centers in the area, which has contributed to an increase in property prices and more people moving into the city for job opportunities.

Also, I don't know what the problem is with heating and cooling in most hotels but I find I can control temperature much more easily in Airbnbs.I suspect that nightly rates for many urban Airbnbs have risen as regulations have reduced competition.

I think step one is throw the option on the table and get a temperature reading if it's even a possibility.

Those are some of the secrets that don't always grab headlines.Total guess, but I'll be we have more warehouse space than any city/state in the country and probably more in cities like DFW than in entire states.   

She currently has a single wide mobile home that is past the point of repair (will be demolished), the brush (trees, vegetation) is overgrown and needs to be cleared, and she is extremely motivated to sell.I have a few questions:1) The lot is located in a mixed use area, consisting of residential, mobile homes, and a few warehouses.
